Well much like the basic tools page - you will regret buying the lower model of equipment. Rather than rush out and buy what you can afford of everything, far better to buy a good model of one thing and save up to buy a good model of the next item. What's the rush??? You WILL regret it later on, believe me... Especially with items like the Programmer and the Oscilloscope.
